[Bookmark] "In Discussion" discusses the changing face of immigration policy in the United States through review of the Department of Homeland Security's current initiatives. David Asser Former Press Secretary to the Attorney General in the Hague, joins David Gibbons to talk about broad stroke issues that confront the department and it's policies.
