[Bookmark] For thousands of years people have looked at the lines on their palms both to understand themselves better, and in an attempt to forsee their own future. In 350 B.C. Aristotle wrote the following regarding the art: "Palmistry is a judgement made of the conditions, inclinations, and fortunes of men and women, from the various lines and characters which nature has imprinted in the hands, and which are almost as various as the hands that have them." But how accurate is palmistry, and can it really be used to predict future events? Can the lines alone be read with accuracy, or do other characteristics such as fingerprints have to be taken into account? 19th Century occultist Niblo warned that "The line of demarcation which has been drawn between these branches of the science is not only false in principle but misleading in practice." Kenneth was born in 1968 in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, and has been fascinated with the human hands since childhood. This lifetime interest stems from the fact that his father lost both his hands in an accident before he was born.
Over the years Ken has studied many different topics with only the hands in common - Everything from palm reading and hand analysis, to reflexology and the psychology of hand movements & gestures. He has also studied a variety of martial arts disciplines such as "burning palm", "iron palm", "hand of a thousand bells", vibrating palm, and several others.
