Maureen Kedes is Founder and President of Vertex Communications, a Los Angeles public relations firm. Founded to promote individuals, companies, products and services in the health, fitness, beauty and medical arenas, Vertex expanded to an impressive array of clientele in entertainment, non-profit, technology, and environmental sectors. A graduate of the Ivy League's Columbia University, Ms. Kedes began her career as an actress and spokesmodel for a chance to see the world. Unfulfilled and wanting to use her education, she began working in PR in the mid 1990s.
