Really?! with Dr. GAH

The world today is becoming more and more complex by the moment. Technology which makes our lives easier and more productive also disconnects us from each other, creating new complexities that require new adaptations. All of this brings new challenges to an ever changing landscape of life.

We will help you navigate those changes and create the type of life you want. Basic principles within psychology have not changed, although the contexts have. We will explore the various areas of psychology and how to apply them to achieve a balanced healthy existence, educate about psychology and mental health issues both micro and macro, give pragmatic suggestions for healthier balance in life, increase awareness of common problem areas, interview experts in their fields to inform of treatment options, and reduce stigma for those individuals who have an Severe and Persistent Mental Illness. Really?! with Dr. GAH airs live Wednesdays at 9 AM Pacific Time on VoiceAmerica Health & Wellness.
