The content of my show follows a book I'm writing called "It's Absolutely All About You". The book describes how we have been taught as children that the things that happen in our life cannot be about us, so the big question is if it's not about us then who is it about? It’s very confusing when on the other hand we are supposed to have good self-esteem, high levels of confidence and self-worth.
