Every day we see very young children talking and playing on cell phones and tablets. Many are only 8, 9 and 10-years-old. Parents are giving kids cell phones BEFORE they are even old enough to have the “sex talk.” Some how, with all my work in combating sex trafficking and social media exploitation, I am unable to comprehend what in the world a parent is thinking when they do this.
