January 31st 2020: Bound & Bonded

Her mother had struggled with alcohol addiction and attained sobriety for the remainder of her life. Overcoming these dependency issues, Judy, the author's mother, embarked on a voyage of self-discovery through consensual BDSM relationships, some of which lasted until the end of her life. This is an often mythologized culture that resonates with many, yet it's understood by few to be both human and humane.
