The term “Agile” is so overloaded today that if an organization says they are Agile it provides precious little information about the them. Agile, in its current general understanding, has become a management fad. Like other fads before it, TQM, Reengineering, Six Sigma, it will go out of favor as more and more companies try to “install the Agile” and find that their problems do not magically disappear.
