We have all been part of teams that have been successful, and some that have simply not worked. Why is it that some teams achieve great things, yet others show such promise and end in failure? It has been said that no one achieves anything of great significance purely on their own, so it is clear that teams are essential to success. During this show we are going to really explore how to achieve high performance within a team, with someone who knows first hand.
