The Compassionate Samurai Business Hour
Thursday at 1 PM Pacific Time on VoiceAmerica Business Channel
Success and integrity are not mutually exclusive, which is the foundation for The Compassionate Samurai Business Hour. Blending a warrior-like mindset with character traits of compassion in order to produce extraordinary results is key. Business often produces two types of leaders. The first are those who are nice, good-hearted, and compassionate, but can’t make much happen. The other type can make everything happen, they are creators, go-getters, and the aggressive producers in society. However, they’re often self-centered, greedy and unethical. Both the show host and guests share stories and tools for overcoming obstacles and provide wise short cuts for producing key sustainable results in business. You will discover unique roadmaps for producing a large amount of sustainable change in a short period of time. You will take lifelong learning to a whole new level where the important questions are asked and only you hold the answer to just how high you’re committed to climb.
Kathy Fairbanks is a Strategic Business Warrior with a SHARP Compassionate Edge. Always articulate and entertaining, The Compassionate Samurai Business Hour has been addicting legions of listeners since its launch with Voice America in 2015. Kathy infuses her program with a twenty-year career in the financial service industry as an award-winning sales producer with CitiGroup and General Electric. She connects those strategic business skill sets with the ten traits of the Compassionate Samurai developed by Klemmer and Associates Leadership Seminars. Campaigning for their mission statement of creating bold, ethical leaders who are committed to a world that works for everyone with no one left out is always top of mind. Each show guest provides cutting-edge wisdom and invites you to digest the life-long learning tools discussed and to put these brand new tools into immediate action. Prior to entering the financial services arena, Kathy attended Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and received a B.S. in transportation and public utilities management. She is honored to serve on the Advisory Board at Pathways for Veterans in support of veterans and their families to create full and abundant lives, post military service. Kathy and her husband of 28 years live in Marin County California and are the blessed parents of two young adults who are both recent Klemmer Leadership graduates.
