Episode Description

Look at the snags in your life. The lines that get entangled, which keep you from reeling in your full potential towards your health both mentally and physically. Unlike fishing, when we hold on to things that just are not good for us, it can be toxic and harmful to our well-being. Listen in to RIGHT CHOICES live this Saturday from 11am to 12pm PST, as we gain awareness, and clarity to relocate our focus and attention releasing the line to the things in life that's holding us back and preventing us from our full potential.

Detrick Wright

For nearly two decades I have been involved in sports and fitness coaching, training men, women and children. It is my passion, and desire to live a well-balanced life gained through my personal experiences, as well as the educational steps I took to further my knowledge. The tools I have gained have allowed me the success I have achieved as a personal trainer, and a youth coach. Now, I seek to expand upon that knowledge and give back to society on a broader scale. Understanding the connections from engagement in a physical lifestyle drives the desire to continue participation regardless of how old we are.

I hold a Master of Arts in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology. My background and certifications include Functional Movement Screen (FMS), International Youth Coach Association (IYCA), experience as a USAA Weight lifting Club Coach, a personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise, an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and a United States Air Force Veteran.
