An expert in creating resumes, preparing clients to excel in the toughest interviews, and providing support during the negotiation process, Lorraine counts among her successful job search clients employees of large and small business, non-profit organizations, as well as federal, state and local governmental agencies. She also works with people who want to stay with their current employer but improve their working conditions by developing strategies for dealing with difficult people, building better relationships with colleagues, or securing a promotion.

Committed to bringing the most innovative job search and career advancement strategies to her clients, she has earned certifications in coaching, resume writing, online profile management and negotiation. A contributor to many publications in the career industry, she has just released her first book, “Career Restart: Practical Advice for Surviving and Moving Forward After a Job Loss.”

In addition to her work as a career strategist, Lorraine is an avid walker, reader and pie baker.
