I’ll help you overcome blocks about money, relationships and working out (I once hated working out too!).

Mike Messina was the At-Home Winner on NBC’s hit show The Biggest Loser of Season 13.
He was eliminated in the second week, but went home and stayed focused to lose the most weight over 17 other contestants and returned to the show ultimately winning the $100,000 prize. He lost an amazing 160 pounds and 44.69% of his body weight going from 358 lbs. to 198 lbs. in just 6 months. Due to the obesity related diseases he developed, Mike's life was in serious danger.
