Episode Description
Nourishment is not only what we eat through our mouths, but also what we absorb through our eyes, ears, nose, and the body. Are you eating for nourishing your internal organs and your talents, or nourishing the parsites and unhealthy genes (being harbored instead)? Did you know the thoughts, images in your mind, emotions, feelings and desires in your body can be either your own property, or they can come from somewhere else? The body has great potential and ability. Once the body and internal organs have awakened, they naturally know what is nourishing its innate talents and healthy genes and what is not. You can then develop personalized diet and behaviors for greater health, wellness and quality of life.
