Phil founded a full service advertising agency at the age of 26 in Tampa Bay, Florida. He was recognized with a Price Waterhouse Up and Comer Award at the start of his career and continued by building a marketing firm that attracted a broad range of retail, medical, industrial and B2B clientele.
