Episode Description

SPECIAL GUEST HOST: Senior Executive Producer Camille Nash sits down with Pat Gillum and unpacks the importance of Sisterhood. In many countries women are viewed as powerful and influential not necessarily the weaker vessel. Yet, more often times than not it’s said, women can’t get along. Why is it such a stigma? Women have been taught it’s better to be bad than to be powerful. This is easily seen by the impressionable young girls as they think it’s entertaining to watch television shows, like all of the Real Housewives Series, Love and Hip Hop, where women are viewed as screaming shrews. It’s becoming a commonplace to see a woman flinging a drink across the table at another woman because of a look or something said, attack each other over comments on Facebook, Snapchat, and Twitter. Today’s guest Pat Gillum discusses how women are to embrace their power, identify the freedom to connect, love, encourage, and build each other up. It's a Sisterhood Extravaganza.
