Thanksgiving is just around the corner with food taking center stage. Preparing food with love and intention is not always easy, especially when you've got children pulling on your apron strings because they're hungry NOW! Our lovely intention to prepare something special can easily dissolve into a stressful series of tasks! How can we modify this process for ourselves, for those we serve, and for the sacred? And what about gratitude? Do you give gratitude for food? Doing so offers one of the best way to connect with the sacred. In this episode, we will talk about some of the different ways that we can offer thanks-giving for food. You might be surprised at how easy it can be! And, SPECIAL BONUS: giving gratitude for food can help us to lose weight and feel great! Join me to learn how you can nourish your attitudes about food.
