May 4, 2018
Hosted by Dr. Matthew Allen Woolsey
How does a leaders influence lead to transformation at an individual and group level? How is it that some leaders can seamlessly move from one arena to the next and experience consistent success? The Center for Creative Leadership says that the best leaders have four key influencing skills - 1. Political Savvy: They embrace organizational politics to move teams and important initiatives forward. 2. Self-promotion: Leaders cut through the noise with authentic, credible self-promotion that helps others as well as themselves. 3. Building and maintaining trust: Because leadership so often involves guiding people through risk and change, trust is essential. 4. Leveraging networks: No leader is an island. They are empowered by their connections with others. This show will uncover tips for moving your personal influence to high impact.
