Also at this hour: When the stock market plunged at the beginning of last month, buyers tried to delay deals because they had planned to use their Wall Street investments to pay for them. Some didn’t head out to search at all. Some potential buyers have been waiting to see if Wall Street falters, dragging down home prices even more. And some sellers are asking if this is the best time to make deals. I’ll ask the panel to weigh in on this and more.

I became interested in a real estate career in the mid-1990s while buying and selling Manhattan co-ops and condos for my own personal real estate projects (renovating and selling), and found it to be an exciting industry. I decided to make Real Estate a full time profession and I've never looked back.
