In fact, it's gaining traction in the business world as it galvanizes teams, inspires others to action and humanizes organizational leaders so they can connect with their teams. People don't connect with facts and figures, nor do they respond to lectures alone. But when storytelling is added to the mix, it shows others how to apply lessons and concepts to their work.
