In the first half is Nina Teicholz, science journalist, author, and the executive director of The Nutrition Coalition. Nina uncovers the latest scientific evidence that would go a long way in trimming America's waistline. The CDC's recent report on the status of America's heath reveals that we are exercising more than ever, but still gaining weight. In the second half is James Sneichowski, PhD, Los Angeles Times best-selling author, works alongside his wife in discovering the core issues that hold people back from the success they desire.
