At this hour: Despite seeing its median sale price drop 16 percent year-over-year, Tribeca came out on top as NYC’s most expensive neighborhood in the third quarter of 2018, according to a new report from Property Shark. The neighborhood, with a median price of $3,450,000, is up from the No. 2 spot it captured last year. We will talk about why? Also at this hour: It’s hunting season. House-hunting season, that is. New Yorkers on the prowl for a new home this fall have plenty of options to consider, thanks to a number of rental and condo developments that have recently launched (or soon will). But pounding the pavement can be time-consuming, not to mention exhausting. So, The Post gathered five prominent trends that define this latest wave of home-building.We will break them down. I became interested in a real estate career in the mid-1990s while buying and selling Manhattan co-ops and condos for my own personal real estate projects (renovating and selling), and found it to be an exciting industry. I decided to make Real Estate a full time profession and I've never looked back.
