The buzz: “Allow people to be themselves. People want to be GREAT, great companies let them be GREAT" {Arte Nathan). In a world where everything that can be automated, will be automated, business organizations need to become more ‘human’ than ever. Why? Our human abilities to create with passion, empathize, collaborate and innovate, give us a competitive edge over machines. Is your organization elevating human capabilities over obedience, diligence, and expertise? The experts speak. Lars Gaede, Work Awesome: “Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer” (Rainer Maria Rilke). Dr. Christian Kugelmeier, VORSPRUNGatwork: “We can live without religion and meditation, but we cannot survive without human affection” (Dalai Lama). Guenter Pecht, SAP: “Why is it every time I ask for a pair of hands, they come with a brain attached?” (Henry Ford). Join us for Future of Work: Staying Human in a High-Tech World.
