Transformational Leaders Move From Models to Mindsets
December 14, 2018
Hosted by Dr. Matthew Allen Woolsey
As a leader of sales, you need your people to perform at the peak of their abilities. Hiring outside organizations to train and motivate your team can be an expensive proposition. In our experience, traditional sales training that is model-driven with a one-size-fits-all approach does not work. Join Dr. Woolsey and his guest, John Reid, who is a corporate training specialist and the author of Moving from Models to Mindsets for a discussion ranging from monkeys to how your mindset can change everything. John believes focusing on changing the salesperson’s mindset is the key to successful selling. He urges sales managers to focus on an approach centered upon; context rather than models, methodologies, and tricks of the sales trade; effective mindset and corresponding behaviors; and the reality that the learner—not the model or facilitator—is the star of the show. John will discuss his new book on sales training and his approach to a very non-traditional approach to learning.
