Episode Description

In the age of artificial intelligence and robotics pressing for more productivity and efficiency in the workplace, people across the globe are increasingly feeling more disconnected and depressed as a result. The world of work used to be a place where people enjoyed accomplishment, meaningful relationships, and purposeful existence. With the speed at which technology is accelerating across our lives, we all need to become much more mindful about when and how to appropriately use technology and allow its ongoing development. Leaders especially have the opportunity to create and sustain the socially connected workforce that employees crave. The pay off will be a workforce that is more fulfilled, productive, and engaged and less prone to turnout and turnover.
