This week's show features two of Marty's great friends. Chris Grantham is the President of Alabama Liquid Fertilizer in Elba, Alabama. The company has developed a new liquid product food plot product that is perfect for those of us who plant wildlife food plots. Chris will provide a wealth of knowledge about bringing more game and birds to your Summer, Fall and Winter plots. Marty's second guest this week is Jason Beard, one of two founders and president of The KT Team. This organization was launched to provide awareness and opportunity to hunt, fish and shoot for the millions of physically challenged individuals nationwide. Jason was paralyzed in a diving accident at the age of 18, but has continued to live a life chasing his dreams. He is an avid deer and turkey hunter and he and his hunting partner and professional outdoorsman Kerry Terrell started doing hunts with The KT Team in early 2018. Marty Fischer is one of America’s best-known outdoor celebrities. A graduate of Georgia Southern College, he has been an outdoor television host for almost three decades on shows like Suzuki Great Outdoors on ESPN, Shotgun Journal on the Outdoor Life Network, TNT Outdoor Explosion and “If It Flies…” on the Pursuit Channel. He is a well-known outdoor writer who has authored two books, The Gun Digest Book of Shotgunning and Limbhangers and 4-Letter Words, a book on turkey hunting. In addition to his books, he has written articles for many of the top outdoor magazines on the market. Marty is a NSCA Level III Certified Instructor who has been coaching wing and clay shooters for more than 35 years. He was recently called “the most famous left handed wingshooter in the world” by the popular Shotgun Life website. He is an avid upland bird, waterfowl and turkey hunter who has harvested more than 100,000 gamebirds in 11 countries on four continents around the world and in more than 35 U.S. states. Marty has been a finalist in the World Duck Calling Championship in Stuttgart, Arkansas on four occasions, including a Top 5 finish in that event. He is also a public speaker and President of SportShooting Consultants, Ltd., a gun club design and consulting company that he has owned and managed since 1992.
