In her early 40,'s, Nadine found herself to be a newly successful entrepreneur... and simultaneously ... the mother of a heroin addict. This plunged her into an unexpected journey she could have never imagined. She used this situation to create an out of the box therapeutic travel recovery project which later evolved into establishing a non-profit, Hopedealers Worldwide, serving those choosing to live a lifestyle of recovery. Later in 2018, Nadine became the first recipient of the prestigious Rudy Ruettiger Award. Today, Nadine continues to help those in recovery earn their Substance Abuse Counselor certification by providing educational scholarships. Nadine recently hit #1 International Best Seller on Amazon for her book that she just published, Hope Dealers: The Calling, The Struggles, The Breakthroughs, and the Community of Believers.

Traveling around the world since the age of three months gave me a unique perspective and the ability to appreciate people and life in general. Although I didn’t join the military, I served as a civil servant for almost 37 years. Little did I know that I was preparing for my future. I started coaching over 20 plus years ago with my own children and kept honing my craft. I continue to do so via membership in many federal and civil organizations, partnering with local schools and my volunteer work. As a civil servant, I helped my organization develop a coaching culture and still have a 98 percent success rate helping others advance their career. Post retirement, I followed my passion, launching New Horizen Coaching and Professional Growth Advancement, LLC. My professional goal is to incrementally increase the visibility, understanding and impact of coaching. I am an introvert with a strong, powerful voice that resonates to a person in a way that they can understand. My background enables me to observe, assess and be constructive in my dialogue. Coaching is a rewarding experience and I have received many accolades and recognitions, the most recent being the Small Business Pinnacle Award Semi-Finalist from the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce two years in a row. In addition to a coach, I am also a knowledge and change management professional whose mantra is EACH ONE, REACH ONE. I want to give people back their voice and VoiceAmerica is a forum whose name inspires me to do so.
