But no matter what the impetus for starting their own company, many make numerous mistakes. Most of these errors can have a material impact on the financial success of the business. American author Norman Ralph Augustine stated, “Regulations grow at the same rate as weeds,” and if you have been in business for any length of time, I am sure you have found this to be true. There are so many things that must be followed from your local city ordinances to state rules, to federal laws. This episode will give you information on some of the top mistakes and how to avoid them so not to be charged penalties for non-compliance.
