Tom Mantos with Fred Fornicola

Tom Mantos has been in practice for 36 years. He has a degree in Nutritional Biochemistry from Montclair State College and studied Homeopathy for six years in Boston at The New School for Homeopathy. Tom received numerous certifications in continuing education from the Functional Medicine Research Institute in Gig Harbor, Washington, the largest nutritional medicine research center in the world. They also have programs to train functional and alternative medicine Doctors in nutrition.

Tom has done lectures and workshops for many support groups, hospitals, and colleges, and has appeared on local news and radio shows. He is involved in sports such as collegiate wrestling, powerlifting, and body building. He continues to be involved in intense weight training and, over the last ten years, both jiu jitsu and submission wrestling.

Co-Host Fred Fornicola, B.A., is the owner of Fit by Fred in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Fred is a fitness professional, personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and fitness consultant. He has been involved in the field of strength and fitness for over 40 years and has personally supervised over 50,000 training sessions. He has also co-authored two books on strength and fitness along with penning more than 250 articles in the field.
