The 10 Stories Great Leaders Tell
March 23, 2020
Hosted by Tom Crea
Every great leader is a great storyteller. And the first and most important part of being a great storyteller is knowing what stories to tell. After conducting over 300 one-on-one interviews with CEOs and executives in 25 countries around the world, author Paul Smith compiled a list of the most important ten stories any leader needs to be able to tell at a moment's notice. The 10 Great Stories Leaders Tell explores those 10 stories, and provides tips for you to find and craft your own, all in a short, easy, one-hour read. Each story is explored in its own chapter. Any leader who can tell those stories is far more likely to get their organization to go where they want it to go.

With a slant towards servant leadership, Tom interviews contemporary authors to drill down on topics such as long-distance leadership, resilience, clarity, culture, developing others, individual behavior, persuasion, managing up, spiritual best practices, character, values, trust and more.
