Join host Ryan Treasure and guest Michael Radcliffe as they discuss a range of topics from mortgages, fatherhood, and how the real estate industry is doing during the pandemic. Recently, the real estate industry has been struggling due to the worlds most life changing virus, COVID-19. Due to this virus, many citizens around the world have lost their job because of the government shutting down businesses to prevent the spreading of Corona. Since people have lost their incomes, they are struggling with making their mortgage payments putting the real estate industry in a bind. On this episode they also bring up the topic of fatherhood and how the virus is changing the way that people are parenting. As many know because of how easy it is to get Corona people should only be going out if necessary. Sadly, to keep kids out of large crowds they have started shutting down schools and some schools have continued their teaching through the internet. With kids being home all the time parents are having to take a step up and be “the bad guys” for not letting their kids go out during this frightening time. Little do the kids understand that this is not because of how strict their parents are but because of the world wide spread of COVID-19.
