In this episode we're joined by Richard Ausness, a University Research Professor University of Kentucky’s J. David Rosenberg College of Law. Professor Ausness is currently examining the opioid litigation phenomenon and what it means for the future of opioid settlement cases. Following Professor Ausness we're joined by Joan Arlinghaus, an advocate for and one of the principals behind Casey’s Law in Kentucky. Joan will be explaining the process for filing Casey's Law and some of the common problems that can occur during the process.

Zachary Crouch

Zachary Crouch is the National Business Development Manager and former administrator for Landmark Recovery, a Louisville based residential program for drug and alcohol treatment. His background in the treatment field as a counselor includes work with the adolescent, adult and family population. Additionally, he also operated the acute medical detoxification unit for Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville. Zachary graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology and earned his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2009.
