KNOW BS TALK is exactly what the title suggests. The world carries many mixed messages. These messages can become very confusing. Clinical hypnotherapists Julie Turner and Brad Lovell share the common goal of creating relatable conversations aimed at cutting through these mixed messages and shine a light on possible "BS" in our society. By covering topics like nutrition, sleep, movement, mind, brain, sexual health and relationships, Julie and Brad offer you a starting point to positively improve your life and “be a better human” simply by starting a conversation about many things that, in their humble opinion, should have been taught in school.
Know BS Talk. A pertinent, yet playful talk show delivering new awareness, insight and smiles.
