In this special episode, we have guest host Michelle McGinnis, the Chief Clinical Officer of Landmark Recovery, filling in for Zach Crouch. Our guest this week is Dr. Carlo DiClemente, professor emeritus in the Department of Psychology, University of Maryland and co-creator (with James Prochaska, PhD) of the Trans-theoretical Model of Change. Dr. DiClemente and Michelle will be discussing integrated care for treating substance use disorders and related co-occurring disorders as well as the role of relapse in recovery.

Zachary Crouch
Zachary Crouch is the National Business Development Manager and former administrator for Landmark Recovery, a Louisville based residential program for drug and alcohol treatment. His background in the treatment field as a counselor includes work with the adolescent, adult and family population. Additionally, he also operated the acute medical detoxification unit for Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville. Zachary graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology and earned his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2009.
