Episode Description
akaRadioRed welcomes two creative powerhouses. In 2014, life coach Kate Johnson took her own advice and followed her passions: raising goats, making cheese and teaching. Now the owner and main Cheese Coach at the artisan cheesemaking school The Art of Cheese, Kate is a regular contributor to Countryside Network’s Goat Journal. Her fourth book, Tiny Goat, Big Cheese!, is part memoir and part cookbook. Before becoming a screenwriter, Samantha Shad was a Beverly Hills entertainment attorney and member of the bar in three states. She has written 20 feature film scripts for major Hollywood studies, including Class Action (Twentieth Century Fox), and feature length and episodic television for the major TV networks, including the long form movie Vanished Without A Trace (NBC-Universal). Samantha is the author of "The Write To Happiness: How to Write Stories That Change Your Brain and Your Life”. Join akaRadioRed for Read My Lips: The Sweet Taste of Creative Success.

akaRadioRed
akaRadioRed is an accidental radio and TV creator, producer and host who began her media career in the late 1990s (she will reveal the year in exchange for good dark chocolate). Despite growing up shy (hard to believe) on Long Island, New York, she eventually found her “voice” through a range of expressive outlets: graphic designer, entertainment reporter and photographer, bachelor auction MC, newspaper reporter, author interviewer, standup comic, romantic comedy playwright, watercolor and mixed media artist, marketing writer and editor, and most recently, rock ‘n’ roll and blues ChickDrummer with sassy red boots to match her hair. By day, under a different name, she is the producer and host of 50 enterprise technology thought leadership roundtable series at VoiceAmerica Business since 2011. akaRadioRed is excited to bring Read My Lips Radio: Cool Conversations with Creatives to the VoiceAmerica Empowerment Channel.
