However, Dr. Carole, believes in prevention first! Since the beginning of the pandemic, she has been reminding people, in daily media interviews, that the best option is to strengthen your immune system so you don't catch Coronavirus to begin with! She recommends: nutritious food, vitamins, supplements, sleep, exercise, sun, stress relievers (from aromatherapy to dancing in your own living room), and at least one hour of laughter a day! Today's guest, Susan Moss, talks about her new book, Covid19: A Natural Approach. It was written with co-author Dan Marquez, a scientist. Susan has been motivated to try to save lives from her days as a teen lifeguard, to helping to start a college suicide prevention center, to saving her own life from cancer and writing two bestselling books about it.
