Episode Description
What should you look for when hiring an executive coach and how should you vet the candidates? Many in the workplace benefit from the valuable experience coaches provide, making the practice mainstream. Yet, finding a great match is more difficult than you might think with the multitude of available choices. What makes it more difficult is the varying quality coaches. Many aren't able to provide high quality work or outcomes, and while some may have a certification or be licensed in a process, there is no guarantee they are good. Tune in this week when our guest, Mary Walter, will discuss what we should do before making the often sizable investment in hiring a coach and how to find the best one.
Transformative Experts

Thomas Edison once said that vision without execution is hallucination. Many leaders have a great vision, but struggle to achieve it due to lack of execution. In order to succeed, an organization must have both a defined culture and the processes in place to support and drive achievement. Often, companies and the people within them, must transform in many ways to ensure execution happens and results are optimized.
During this show, Chris Elias will discuss these real-life issues with business leaders and transformative experts. Together, they will share stories of successes, failures, and the leadership practices that will benefit you the most. Transformative Experts with Chris Elias is broadcast live every Monday at 8 AM Pacific Time on the VoiceAmerica Business Channel and replays on Sundays at 10 AM Pacific Time on the VoiceAmerica Influencers Channel.
