He began working with other large companies in an advisory capacity, becoming a highly regarded speaker, and soon founded Nexecute to provide his clients a full-service hands-on approach. After decades of success with major corporations, Chris parlayed his passion for helping others into his book “The Execution Culture: Results Happen Where Culture Meets Execution.” As a transformative expert, he seeks to share tips to help any team reach their full potential.
