Master Sergeant Robert L. Jackson, United States Marine Corps Retired was born in Washington D. C. and enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1975 as a Combat Engineer at the age of 20 years old. Throughout 24 years of dedicated service in uniform, he is accomplished and eager to share the fine details of how he transitioned into the elite positions of Public Affairs leadership. Learning and instituting proper communications strategies in the Marine Corps is a chief mission he has mastered to give true, honorable, and vivid messaging. Mr. Jackson is empathetic and compassionate having served and fought and he continually serves as a Civilian Communications and Strategy and Operations Officer at MCLB Barstow to date. From print to digital media over the decades, Mr. Jackson and his team care deeply about creating relevant and heartfelt stories about Marine Corps Heroes. There is room in the Prospector to relive hosted events and to spotlight stories of Marine Corps resiliency and valor.

Christina confronts critical issues and opens cutting-edge conversations about uncomfortable, problematic issues that are most commonly swept under the rug.
