Chris Magda has been in real estate and alternative investments for more than 20 years. He is an accomplished Entrepreneur, Sales Trainer, Keynote Speaker, Realtor, Franchisor, Inventor, Author and Co-Author of several sales and service growth and retention programs. As a real estate investor and developer, he has successfully developed hundreds of acres of land.
Chris has invested and financed hundreds of millions in nearly all categories and property types including opportunity zones, planned urban developments and other commercial properties. Chris formed his first REIT at age 23 and has been providing financial consulting services to investors as a resource to turn ideas, dreams and visions into completed projects.
Chris has also invested, improved and sold several business opportunities in Digital Automation, Project Management, Vacation Rental, Security Automation, Health and Wellness, Large Print Marketing and Storm Restoration.
Prior to being an entrepreneur, Chris provided training and advisory services for Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Currency Firms as well as Domestic and International Franchises. He has also served in Regional Management roles in INC 100 companies as well as Executive Management roles in Fortune 50 companies.
