Cyber security is not only important to everyone, it is critical to the future of every American. Each show details specific points in history and provides guidance and insights of both a technical and societal nature to help you understand and address cyber security issues more effectively. Our approach makes the often misunderstood and highly technical jargon of cyber security advisories, and popular media digestible for anyone that listens.
Anyone that leverages or uses internet and cyber related services, which in today’s world is basically everyone, stands to benefit from the show. You’ll gain insight into the reality of the space around cyber security and learn more details and truths on what is actually necessary to operate and be more secure at both the business and personal levels in an ever-changing technology space. We can help you truly understand a vast technology space and be better prepared in a dynamic technology ecosystem.
As a US Navy veteran, a woman in cyber, and a business leader focused on the cyber security space, I have a unique background and real-world insight into what makes the market “tick.” My deep experience and understanding of this market, and years of experience hosting conference talks and sessions related to the cyber security market are truly unique. My experience covers over 20 years in the Cyber Security industry. I’m an entrepreneur who has successfully started two companies (FutureCon Events and Data Connectors). More recently, I was selected as one of 100 Women in the book publication “Women Know Cyber: 100 Fascinating Females Fighting Cybercrime.”
I’m also currently a co-host on a weekly Podcast which focuses on Cyber Security industry experts, to share their knowledge, solutions and tactics to keep our cities, businesses and communities safe. I’m a United States Navy veteran, and I currently sit on the Board of Advisors for CyberCrime Magazine, as well as the Board of Directors for the Easter Seals Midwest.
