On this week's show, meet Caleb Smith. At the age of 8, Caleb Smith decided to follow his dream to train endangered and rescued rabbits to become therapy animals. Today at 16, Caleb is a social entrepreneur who owns and operates a private 22-acre Mississippi River sanctuary called Peacebunny Island. The deal is simple: he saves the rabbits, and they help save us. Driven by an unbreakable desire to spread kindness and compassion, Caleb is using the power of his passion to change the world!

Amy Meuers
As the Chief Executive Officer of The National Youth Leadership Council, Amy provides executive leadership and vision. She works in partnership with the board of directors, staff, and Youth Advisory Council to engage young people in creating a more just, sustainable, and peaceful world.
Amy is a champion for young people and under her guidance, NYLC continues to be a recognized leader nationally and internationally for its work in youth engagement and service-learning. Throughout her 17 year career at NYLC, Amy has upheld and promoted the values of servant leadership, youth voice, and service to community.
Amy received her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the Regis University in Denver, Colorado and her bachelor’s degree from Globe University in Bloomington, Minnesota. She is a widely-traveled speaker, addressing audiences throughout the United States, Japan, Taiwan, Qatar and more. She has written extensively on service-learning and youth leadership. She is a native of Minnesota, is married, has two children and is an active volunteer in her community.
