Encore EXPOSED: Companies Forcing Employees to 'Be Less White!'
May 4, 2021
Hosted by Dr. Carole Lieberman
Coca Cola and countless other companies have been flying under the radar while they force their employees to take training to "be less white!" They define being less white as being less: oppressive, arrogant, ignorant and more. Fortunately, today's guest, Dr. Karlyn Borysenko, has blown the whistle on these practices and is working to expose them. Dr. Borysenko is the author of Zen Your Work: Create Your Ideal Work Experience Through Mindful Self-Mastery. She was happily working as a successful speaker, trainer, consultant and coach to companies big and small, when employees reached out to her with samples of outrageous training programs they were forced to take. These programs, that are similar to those foisted on schoolchildren, are aimed at making white people feel guilty for being white. They promote the premise that all white people are racist. But, instead of encouraging a more inclusive workplace - or school environment - these programs actually CAUSE more divisiveness! Dr. Karlyn shares her experiences as a whistleblower and blows the cover off of these dangerous practices!
