In the early 2000s, Paul turned around an underperforming franchise of Abbey Bank which was bought by Santander after multi-year performance excellence. He then went on to AXA where he developed and led a culture-change program with 3000+ employees. It led to a double-digit growth, improved customer and employee satisfaction rates year on year in a declining market. Paul has gone on to support many businesses to turn around their successes. Having undertaken hundreds of interviews with international ex-perts and thought leaders he has been described as one of the most credible business experts in the UK. Chris lives in Leicestershire, England with his wife Ruth and two young boys. Hobbies include taking his soccer mad eldest son to watch Leicester City FC, playing rock guitar, keeping fit, fly fishing and transforming his Victorian home and garden into a beautiful space.
