Episode Description

When I was a child and I had the flu or the measles, I remember my Mother taking the time to go to the Public Library and checking out several LP 33 Albums that contained productions of Hollywood Stars such as Perry Como, Bing Crosby and several others who took the time to reinvigorate stories such as “The First Christmas”, Moby Dick, 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea and many, many more that I have very fond memories of even today. What is it about the telling of a story that sticks with you and creates a memory imprint that in my case, follows you your entire life. To this day I can recall the storyline and the voice of these stars who took the time to bring to life the pages of these time tested works of literature and the experience that during a very challenging time of my life and the sicknesses that I bore as a child, helped me to weather the storm and increased my learning, comprehension and vocabulary because storytelling forces you to use your much overlooked aspect and power center of your brain capability known as imagination. Today, we have so much media and technology that cajoles and confronts us with messages that are crafted to attain agenda’s and actions that are not necessarily in the best interests of the listner/ viewer. Listening to a well recognized voice, first of all commanded your attention and the storyline of these incredible masterpieces of American Literature, retold and remastered by the talents of those that really cared about their listening audience is something that needs to be brought back in the here and now. I have said many times and especially here in Southern California that we live and exist in the “Disneyland of Distraction”. There are so many persuasions, productions and the proliference of same that vy for our attentions today and that many times the content just becomes a blur and nothing really hits home in our minds and especially our hearts as it should. Today my guest has a unique approach to educate Small Businesses about the value of story telling and how it can be implemented into the message that you are trying to communicate. You see, if your potential customer does not STOP, LOOK and LISTEN these days, you are wasting invaluable time, capital and ending up with a frustration factor of lack of new customer flow which is the lifeblood of your business. Join me today as I interview an entrepreneur who has taken it upon herself to make sure that your story . . . get’s told and more importantly retained!

BizZne$$ BuzZ and BizZne$$ Watch

Wednesday at 10 AM Pacific Time on VoiceAmerica Business Channel

BizZne$$ BuzZ is all about your business. Small business is in trouble and they have been as far back as the “rocking” that occurred in 2008. The 14.2 percent loss of many brick and mortar small businesses happened by the year 2015 (source, NFIB 2015 Report). Already being squeezed by Internet predators, like Amazon, E-Bay, etc. They are literally sucking the life out of small businesses by customer and profit “siphoning.” B2B Networking Groups and social media disappointments abound.

Small business needs a “counter” to these E-commerce tsunamis and that mechanism is the power of UNITY, RELATIONSHIP and the Law of RECIPROCITY. This is an EDGE that is a non-compete. The “perfect storm” of shut down/customer distancing, lack of capital and uncertainty are the devastating effects of COVID19 disruption.

Our mission is to provide your business the boost that it needs to recapture your personal visions, rejuvenate your operations and to bring about a platform that represents your interests.
