In today's episode, Lynsie will talk with Healer and Angel Guide Anya Shepelavey about the deep-seated impacts of generational trauma. Anya will share from her own life - opening up a window into the trauma incurred when her parents and grandparents were forced to flee Ukraine during World War 2. Anya will show us how she recognized and addressed the resulting symptoms of that trauma in her own life. She’ll also share her perspective on the spiritual lessons we can all gain from the current ongoing war in Ukraine.
