Episode Description

Non-Profits. At times I think of these types of enterprises and remember when I was the CEO of one and eventually founded my own and served the Orange County area of CA for four years. During that time I gained invaluable information as to the infrastructure, corporate culture, missions and most importantly the interaction and relationship building between all aspects of the community which we were called to serve. The differentiation between a Profit and Non-Profit Business is largely due to tax treatments for this EVERY Non-Profit should be grateful to the foresight of former legislator's and President's that rightfully recognized that an enterprise needed advantage to accomplish MORE. Marvin Olasky, who wrote the book "Tragedy of American Compassion" was a historian that tracked the formation of these advantages and the end results when he compared the government welfare system's to the church's interventions into the welfare needs of the nation and the results where quite alarming when it was discovered that the allocation of funds to the original intent of helping "Widows and Orphans" were a match as far as the resultant outgo of funds to the community. Olasky later said in response to this book that he was actually praising the high achievements of women in major philanthropic organizations: "From my study of the history of poverty-fighting in America, I found that it was basically women who ran the charitable enterprises. Men were involved, but it was essentially women who had the time to volunteer Non-Profits are a bedrock of resource to the community and provide services and resources that far outweigh governmental solutions. Without them, we are a nation that does not meet the total needs of the public sphere's of need. Today, I am interviewing the CEO of a Non-Profit during one of her LIVE events of outreach and education and the intention of this show is communicate the passion and mission of her organization. I think you will be intrigued and informed as to the value of Non-Profits when you hear what she is focusing upon. Join me as we interview a lady who is impassioned and engaged to make a difference!

BizZne$$ BuzZ and BizZne$$ Watch

Wednesday at 10 AM Pacific Time on VoiceAmerica Business Channel

BizZne$$ BuzZ is all about your business. Small business is in trouble and they have been as far back as the “rocking” that occurred in 2008. The 14.2 percent loss of many brick and mortar small businesses happened by the year 2015 (source, NFIB 2015 Report). Already being squeezed by Internet predators, like Amazon, E-Bay, etc. They are literally sucking the life out of small businesses by customer and profit “siphoning.” B2B Networking Groups and social media disappointments abound.

Small business needs a “counter” to these E-commerce tsunamis and that mechanism is the power of UNITY, RELATIONSHIP and the Law of RECIPROCITY. This is an EDGE that is a non-compete. The “perfect storm” of shut down/customer distancing, lack of capital and uncertainty are the devastating effects of COVID19 disruption.

Our mission is to provide your business the boost that it needs to recapture your personal visions, rejuvenate your operations and to bring about a platform that represents your interests.
