Receive up to 26K Per W-2 Employee via the ERC—With Ben O'Quigley
September 30, 2022
Hosted by Patrick Laing
This week on Finding Certainty, host Patrick Laing meets with Ben O'Quigley of ercTree®, Inc. ercTree® is an exclusive access site, similar to LendingTree but for Employee Retention Tax Credit providers. ercTree® has vetted and verified a number of accounting firms specialized in tax credits and incentives in the U.S.A. ercTree®-approved firms have been providing tax credit filings for Fortune 500 companies, major manufacturers, and more, for decades. Tax Credits Filings is a specialized accounting area requiring more certification, expertise, and experience. Most local and general accountants do not file Tax Credits for businesses and many incorrectly disqualify businesses in the process, telling owners they do not qualify for ERC Refunds, when in fact they would. ercTree® offers the easiest and most streamlined ERC process in the industry. We collect all of the proper documentation and submit to multiple specialized Tax Credits firms, obtaining multiple ERC refund quotes within 5 to 10 business days. Clients complete only (1) ERC application and submit documents to (1) secure documentation upload portal. ercTree® charges no upfront fees for the services performed. The ercTree® services are included in the ERC Fees to File that are charged by the approved accounting firms. ercTree® clients do not pay a penny for services until the ERC Refund Checks arrive from the US Treasury. No business should ever pay any type of upfront ERC application fee to receive ERC refund quotes. No business should be forced into signing a contract prior to committing to file their ERC Refunds, prohibiting the business from choosing to file with a different accounting firm with perhaps a better quote or lower fees should they desire. Anny ercTree® quotes will be provided by approved firms specializin in Tax Credits Filings. There are three categories with many complicated, underling, qualifying guidelines to recover ERC payroll taxes paid in 2020 and 2021, including additional money due to the Covid19 Pandemic. The three (3) ERC Refund Qualifying Categories include: 1. Gross Receipts/Revenue Reductions, 2. Federal, State and Local Authorities Mandates, and 3. Vendor and Supply Chain Disruptions. A business only needs one qualifying guideline out of the three (3) categories to qualify for a ERC Refund. Our ercTree® approved firms accurately calculate, amend and file requests on our clients' behalf, including IRS Audit Defense Protection built in with each ERC filing. Employers with 500 or few employees can receive up to $26,000 per F/T W2 employee for qualifying quarters of 2020 and 2021. Start-ups after Feb. 15, 2020 do not have the same qualifying guidelines as businesses that have been operating prior to Feb. 15, 2020. To apply, go to https://erctree.com/initial-survey/ to schedule a 10-minute pre-qualification consultation with an ercTree ERC expert. Please enter "Finding Certainty" into the form when scheduling the call. Want more details? Text ERC to 26786.
