I have said many times in the almost now three years that I have been hosting this show that the definition of any business is to be able to forecast both "Revenue" and "Expenses" prior to even opening the doors. This is largely due to another aspect of business which is the KEY component and therein lies the "Vision" of that business and to borrow a time tested and worn verbiage that has withstood countless centuries of being misunderstood and you will find it in the Bible and it states that apart from Vision, my people perish. This of course is the solid state beginnings and launching of any enterprise from the offset. There is another consideration and perhaps as equally charged with importance as the above mentions. This is the monitoring and adaptability of a business to meet both challenges within its own sphere of reference and the responses necessary to outside encumbrances such as events or regulatory encumbrances that were not foreseen. In these instances and largely due to the suddenness and unexpected urgency created by these situations, outside expert interference that is suited to tackling internal problems and opportunities should be aggressively sought after because in the long run and without being too verbose, you just cannot know everything necessary to bring about the dreams, goal and aspirations that you embarked upon previously. The Medical profession and industry was severely tested during the pandemic and in many instances following still in a state of uncertainty and hesitancy. Many times a "Trouble Shooter" who can evaluate and present an unbiased opinion and assessment is what is sorely needed providing that the business owner is willing to appreciate and accept recommendations that were not necessarily in their overall plans or mindsets prior to the intervention an outside brain trust that now has their client oriented best practices and interests at heart. Today, we will meet just such a "Trouble Shooter" who has captured the interests of the medical community in a large way because she has clients at all levels and is mobilized on a nationwide scope of activities.
