Everyday we practice rituals – we brush our teeth, enjoy our morning coffee, comb our hair, feed the pets, etc. We do them with ease and often without much thought. On today's episode Carolan and Yvonne will discuss what is a "spiritual ritual," and some simple daily rituals that you can implement to set the tone for not only your day, but ultimately...your life.
